8 Week Series

Tuesday Mornings 10AM -11:30AM May 6 to June 24

Tune into the bodily intelligence and discover what wants to emerge in ourselves this spring. In this 8 week series we will discover what wants to emerge through awareness, somatic movement, and dance. We will express with with creativity and foster well being for ourselves and our Community. Each class will be 1.5 hours and will include Core Connexion principles that will encourage more aliveness, awareness, and presence in our lives on and off the dance floor.
