The Bowness Ratepayers Scout & Guide Hall is a place where we welcome you to celebrate your events, and your special day and to help your club, organization or non-profit give back and fundraise within your community.
This is a special place, it was built for the community, by the community and with the community, literally!

Each section of our hall has a basic rate:
Main Hall: starting at $1500/full-day Saturday rental & rates as low as $75 per hour mid-week.
The Mezzanine Meeting Space: $25 per hour or $15 per hour for Members
Lower Level: $50 per hour
The Greenspace: $25 per hour for just the outdoor space or $35 per hour with washroom access.
We offer hourly and full-day rentals on all spaces and can provide a quote for exclusive use of the entire venue.

Bowness Residents and Bowness Ratepayer Members will receive 10% off of any rentals.
How big is the space?
The Main Hall hosts up to 120 guests seated or 180 standing or theatre style, and the lower level holds 30 guests formally seated or 50 standing. We also have a stunning greenspace for outdoor events.
Limitations:
We do not allow animals (unless medically based) or smoking (vaping or other) inside the premises.
Photography:
We do allow photography on our premises, please inquire about time availabilities.
Catering:
We do not offer in-house catering, you may bring in your own catering team or make use of the full facilities while you rent the space.
