Please review our current rate sheet with the link above. Rates vary based on the space and the day of the week with a daily cap on all options.
The full-facility is also available to be booked to secure the full venue privately (a popular option for weddings). If the Main Hall or Lower Level are booked independently, the alternative space will be left available for other clients to book.
Bowness Residents and Bowness Ratepayer Members will receive 10% off of any rentals.
How big is the space?
The Main Hall hosts up to 130 guests seated or 185 standing or theatre style, and the lower level holds 40 guests formally seated or 50 standing. We also have a stunning greenspace for outdoor events.
Limitations:
We do not allow animals (unless medically based) or smoking (vaping or other) inside the premises.
The Lower Level is only accessible by stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Catering:
We do not offer in-house catering, you may bring in your own catering team or make use of the full facilities while you rent the space.
