About the event
Calling anyone ages 16+ looking for a new, upbeat, fitness class! Come and have some fun with the Bowness Ratepayers and Studio Three Dance Company and experience a trial run of the Barre Fusion fitness program! Geared towards anyone ages 16+ looking to move their bodies and have some fun, this trial class is completely free to attend. However, we do request you RSVP for the event (by selecting a 'free' ticket') so that we can accurately predict attendance. Please bring your dancing feet, a smile, and any questions you may have about the future programming. This program is appropriate for all fitness levels. No prior experience required.
Please bring a yoga mat & a water bottle!

Barre Fusion Trial (Adult)
This ticket admits adult (age 16+) to attend the free trial Barre Fusion class. Class will take place December 13, 2024 between 6:30 & 7:30pm. Childcare is not available, please make alternative arrangements.
